Board of Directors

The CHF was established in 1962 by the Canadian Restaurant Association (now the Canadian Restaurant & Foodservices Association) and is guided by a Board of Directors made up of senior executives from the foodservice and hospitality industry as well as foodservice and hospitality educators.  It has been administered and managed by the Ontario Hostelry Institute since November 1993.  The CHFis a charitable organization.

Our mission is to ensure that bright and deserving young men and women do not shelve their dreams of a college or university education in the hospitality and foodservice industry for lack of financial resources.
