YES! I would like to contribute to the Canadian Hospitality Foundation Ball Auction/Balloon Bonanza, October 20th, 2012 at The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto.

Please fill in the following form and the CHF staff will contact you to help complete the transaction. All items should be delivered to the office of the Canadian Hospitality Foundation, 300 Adelaide Street East, #339, Toronto Ontario M5A 1N1. For physically large donations please contact the CHF office to make arrangements for delivery.

Proceeds from the Ball funds scholarships for college and university students across Canada entering into the foodservice and hospitality industry.
